1.  Heartmender

Description: Use the Unbestowed Friendship Bracelet on 20 players of your faction with the Heartbroken debuff. You can find the Bracelet in one of the gifts of adoration such as, Gift of Adoration: Darnassus, Gift of Adoration: Ironforge, Gift of Adoration: Orgrimmar, Gift of Adoration: Undercity

2.  Flirt With Disaster  - Flirt With Disaster

Description: Jerimiah Payson is the cockroach vendor in Undercity. First you need to get totally smashed, easy enough. Then, while sporting either a Cologne Bottle or a Perfume Bottle throw a Handful of Rose Petals on him and /kiss him.

The Alliance version is the same, except you want to throw your Handful of Rose Petals on Sraaz, a gnome who wanders around Ironforge selling pies.

4.  Nation of Adoration  - Nation of Adoration

Description: Really simple achievement. Once per hour you can receive a Gift of Adoration from a major city. These include Orgrimmar, Undercity, Thunderbluff, Darnassus, Ironforge, and Stormwind. Not The Exodar or Silvermoon, so keep that in mind. You may be able to get the gifts there, but they don't count towards this achievement.
All you need to do to get one of these is trade a Love Token to a guard with a Heart above his head. You need to be under the effects of a Cologne Bottle or a Perfume Bottle.
You can only trade with a guard for the Gift of Adoration once per hour. You will want to do this in all the major cities to get
Horde:
Gift of Adoration: Orgrimmar
Gift of Adoration: Undercity
Gift of Adoration: Thunder Bluff

Alliance:
Gift of Adoration: Darnassus
Gift of Adoration: Ironforge
Gift of Adoration: Stormwind

NOTE:! These can only be gotten from citizens, NOT guards, or they don't count!

5.  Sweet Tooth

Description: You need to eat Buttermilk Delight, Dark Desire, Sweet Surprise, and Very Berry Cream candies, which can be found in Box of Chocolates which can be found in any of the Gift of Adoration's

6.  My Love is Like a Red, Red Rose

Description: In this case, it can be Black too!
For this Achievement you have to get a bouquet of roses... however, the Bouquet of Red Roses has been removed:

According to a Blizzard post:
Bouquet of Red Roses not dropping anymore
The Bouquet of Red Roses no longer drops in the game; the Bouquet of Ebon Roses will also count for the achievement. The reason why the red roses are on the achievement is to allow those who have gotten a dungeon drop bouquet in past years to get said achievement.


The Bouquet of Ebon Roses which
(according to World of Warcraft : Love is in the Air) drops off of:

Maiden of Grief - Halls of Stone
Prince Keleseth - Utgarde Keep
Prince Taldaram - Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom

These drop in both Heroic and Regular, and I'm being told that UK is the easiest (duh)

Description: Really simple, Shoot 10 players with the Silver Shafted Arrow. These are found in Gifts of Adoration.

8.  Lonely?

Description: Join someone at a Romantic Picnic in Dalaran.

9.  The Rocket's Pink Glare

Description: Shoot off 10 Love Rockets in 20 seconds or less.

10.  Fistful of Love

Description: Use a Handful of Rose Petals on each of the race/class combinations listed below:

Gnome Warlock
Night Elf Priest

Undead Warrior
Draenei Paladin
Human Death Knight
Orc Shaman

12.  I Pitied The Fool

Description: The Love Fool is an item that you get from a Gift of Adoration. It works just like a engineering Target Dummy, and all you have to do is /pity it in the following places:

Wintergrasp
Arathi Basin Blacksmith
Naxxramas
Battle Ring of Gurubashi Arena
The Culling of Stratholme

Description: Open a Gift of Adoration and receive a Lovely Black Dress.
This is total luck... nothing I can do to help you here :(

Description: Obtain a permanent Peddlefeet pet by procuring a Truesilver Shafted Arrow.
