Things to work on Immediately!

Hit level 80: You have to go into Utgarde Pinnicle to get one of the elders, so you'll want to be high 70's or 80.

Getting any flight paths you have missed won't kill you, especially if you are planning on doing the Elders of Northrend and you aren't quite 80 yet.

5.  Elders of Northrend

Description: So far, the NPC's are in the game, but other than the location named in the Achievement, they haven't been "Seen". So here is a rough map of where you can expect to find the elders. This is best started in the Stormpeaks.

6.  Elders of the Dungeons

Description: Always the most annoying of the Lunar Festival activities... turned into an achievement! Check below for descriptions of where to find each elder in the instances.

Elder Wildmane - ZF

Standing next to Gahz'rilla's pool (you can get there with no aggro easily at 70)

Elder Starsong - Sunken Temple

When you enter Sunken Temple, take the left spiral staircase to the level with all of the dragonkin on it (with the big "THIS IS SPARTA!" hole in the middle), just run the perimeter of the circle until you see her (she's near some broken hallway, you can't miss her).

Elder Splitrock - Mara

In Maraudon, at the very end near Rotgrip (near where you fight the princess), there is a tunnel. Jump off the waterfall into the giant pool where Rotgrip swims around, look to the left and you will see a tunnel. Follow it and you will find the Elder.

Elder Stonefort - LBRS

In Blackrock Spire, proceed to LBRS, if you know where the pike is, head for it, you won't be able to miss it. Otherwise, simply proceed through Blackrock Spire, at this point it's a linear path, and you won't be able to miss him or his giant beam of light (at the least). At level 70 you can sneak to him, but it's close. Should be a breeze at 80.

Elder Morndeep - BRD

In Blackrock Depths, he's inside the ring of law.

Elder Farwhisper - Strath (undead)

In Stratholme, enter the undead side. Take the first left under the gate. Take a right. Go down that street, look to your left before the next gate to see the elder.

Jarten the Elder - Utgarde Keep

In Utgarde Keep, a little past the undead tunnel, at the bottom of the room with several flight of stairs.

Igasho the Elder - The Nexus

In the Nexus, Elder Igasho is standing in the area just before Ormorock the Tree-Shaper. You can run there without agroing any monsters as a lvl 80 on normal difficulty

Nurgen the Elder - Azjol-Nerub

In Azjol-Nerub, the elder is down the hole after second boss to the left side, sitting in a clearing.

Kilias the Elder - Drak'Theron

In Drak'Theron, just inside King Dred's pen.

Ohanzee the Elder - Gundrak

In Gundrak, he's found in the same room as Ekk.

Yurauk the Elder - Halls of Stone

In the Halls of Stone, head towards Krystallus.

Chogan'gada the Elder - Utgarde Pinnicle

In Utgarde Pinnicle, He's underneath the stairs inside after u kill Skadi the Ruthless.

7.  50 Coins of Ancestry

Description: Aquire 50 of the 75 Coins of Ancestry. If you complete all of the above achievements, this won't be any problem. There are also several achievements that give you points leading up to this one. A Coin of Ancestry, 5 Coins of Ancestry, 10 Coins of Ancestry, 25 Coins of Ancestry.

8.  Lunar Festival Finery

Requirements: 5 Coin of Ancestry

Description: Purchase a festive pant suit or festive dress with Coins of Ancestry. The NPC to buy from can be found in Moonglade

9.  The Rocket's Red Glare

Requirements: 10 Red Rocket Clusters

Description: All you have to do is shoot off 10 Red Rocket Clusters in 25 seconds or less. If you happen to be an engineer, and got the pattern sometime over the last few years, you can make these before the event starts and get the achievement, however they are so cheap to buy from the vendor, it's probably not worth it.

10.  Frenzied Firecracker

Requirements: 10 Festival Firecrackers

Description: Throw 10 Festival firecrackers in under 30 seconds. (Put it on your hot bar and just keep pounding the button until you get the achievement)

11.  Elune's Blessing

Description: Complete the Elune's Blessing quest by defeating Omen. He's a bit tough, and has probably been made tougher for this new expansion, which means you will need a raid. In past years, I've formed raids multiple times, and never had trouble filling them. So take the innitiative if you are having trouble finding a group, and it will form for you. After you kill Omen, stand in the beam of light he makes and you will get the quest complete.

If you can't find a group, just watch / help another group kill him, you don't have to be in the killing party to stand in the beam of light and get the quest complete.

If you have Elune's Lantern from a previous year, you may have this achievement, if you don't, try using it. If that still doesn't give you the achievement, you may have to try completing the quest again. It seems pretty hit or miss on whether or not people got the achievement or not from having the item.
