Things to work on Immediately!

There is nothing that you can work on before hand.

1.  I Found One!

Description: Find a Brightly Colored Egg. The Horde can find eggs in Razor Hill, Falconwing Square, Bloodhoof Village, and Brill. The Alliance can find them in Kharanos, Goldshire, Dolanaar, and Azure Watch

2.  Chocoholic

Description: You have to eat 100 Chocolates for this achievement. Chocolates are found in the eggs, current amount per egg is unknown.

3.  Hard Boiled

Description: There are two ways to do this achievement. Essentially you need to get to the Golakka Hot Springs in Un'Goro as a bunny... you can either keep opening Brightly Colored Eggs until you get a debuff that turns you into a bunny, then run / portal your way to Un'Goro. Or you can bring a friend that has the Blossoming Branch and have them put the costume on you in Un'Goro. Then it's simply a matter of standing near / in the hot spring until you lay an egg.

4.  Spring Fling  - Spring Fling

Description:You have to find your spring rabbit another to love in the level 5 zones. I can only imagine that this is a way to make you buy the pet Spring Rabbit.
The Horde can find them in Razor Hill, Falconwing Square, Bloodhoof Village, and Brill. The Alliance can find them in Kharanos, Goldshire, Dolanaar, and Azure Watch

5.  Noble Garden  - Noble Garden

Description: Alliance need to plant a Brightly Colored Egg in Stormwind. The Horde need to plant one in Silvermoon City.

6.  Shake Your Bunny-Maker

Description: Pretty obvious. Just make sure they're 18 ;)

7.  Desert Rose

Description: First you must obtain the Spring Robes. Then go to the major deserts in the game. Namely, The Badlands, Silithus, Thousand Needles, Desolace, and Tanaris, then plant a flower.

8.  Blushing Bride

Description: Self explanetory... however, the good news is these items do not become soulbound (at least as of the PTR), so you can trade them back and forth to eachother to help one another get the achievements.

There are three more Achievements that are not requirements for the Title.

Chocolate Lover

Description: Technically you DO need to get this one to get the meta achievement, however it's not directly part of the meta, that's why it's down here... Either way, eat 25 chocolates.

Dressed for the Occasion

Description: Find the Elegant Dress by opening a Brightly Colored Egg.

---

Sunday's Finest

Description: Find the White Tuxedo Shirt and the Black Tuxedo Pants by opening a Brightly Colored Egg.
